Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of ngmix, including the website, public analysis pages, payment flows, generated exports, and the ngmix X bot.
1. The Service
ngmix creates visual activity charts and summaries from public X account activity. Verified X users may request their own analysis from the ngmix bot, subject to availability, rate limits, community pool funding, and abuse controls.
2. Eligibility and Requests
You may only request analysis for your own X account unless ngmix explicitly supports another approved flow. We may ignore, reject, or remove requests that appear automated, abusive, misleading, ineligible, or outside the intended use of the Service.
3. Public Data and Generated Output
ngmix relies on public X profile and post activity data. Charts, labels, bot replies, costs, and summaries may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or unavailable. The Service is for entertainment and informational use only, and it should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, employment, or reputational advice.
4. Community Pool Contributions
Community pool payments are voluntary contributions used to fund scrape credits and operate the Service. A platform fee, currently 5% or $0.80 minimum, may be retained for payment processing, hosting, operations, and abuse controls. Contributions are donations to keep the Service running and are not refundable unless required by law.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Polar or another payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Payment availability, accepted payment methods, taxes, and checkout behavior may vary by region and provider rules.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use ngmix to spam, harass, impersonate others, evade rate limits, attack the Service, exploit payment flows, submit malicious instructions to the bot, or violate X platform rules or applicable law. We may block, ignore, or remove activity that creates risk for users, the Service, or connected platforms.
7. Availability and Changes
ngmix is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including the bot, exports, analysis windows, funding model, and generated copy.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. ngmix is not responsible for lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, platform changes, failed webhook delivery, incomplete X data, payment provider outages, or user reactions to generated public posts.
